SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Flat Rate Standard & Express Shipping via Australia Post, Australia Wide

Standard Shipping is Free when you spend over $50.

Standard Shipping is $10 when you spend under $50.

Express Shipping is $20 Australia Wide.

Authority To Leave can be requested at the Checkout.

We only ship within Australia. For any special orders outside Australia, please Contact Us at sales@pacificfilters.com.au

You will receive an email or sms notification informing you of tracking information.

All orders placed before 2pm AEST will ship same day. 

All orders placed after 2pm AEST will ship next day.

All orders placed after 2pm AEST between Friday and Sunday will ship next business day.

All orders placed on NSW or Australian Public Holidays will ship next business day. 

Delivery for standard shipping is usually 2-5 business days for NSW, ACT, QLD and VIC and 3-8 days for SA, NT, TAS and WA.

Delivery for express shipping is usually 1-3 business days for NSW, ACT, QLD and VIC and 2-4 days for SA, NT, TAS and WA.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Our merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment by our distribution team; however, we realise that damage during transit may occur despite these precautions.

Please check all shipments when they are delivered for shortages or signs of damage. If you find a problem, please Contact Us. Even if the exterior cartons of your shipment appear undamaged, you should still unpack and examine the goods as soon as possible. Please do not dispose of any packing material until you have contacted us and are satisfied with your delivery.

If you have incorrectly ordered a product or changed your mind, we provide a 30-day Money Back Guarantee providing the item is in its original condition and has not been used. Please Contact Us for a return authorisation number. Customers are responsible for the postage costs incurred for returns.

WARRANTY

All products carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty may differ from manufacturer to manufacturer. Warranty conditions must be noted with the item when purchased. Pacific Filters Warranty Conditions may vary from the original product warranty included by the manufacturer. See the product description on the website for specific product warranty details.

All warranties extend to the end user of the purchased product, not to the reseller.

All warranties do not cover recommended maintenance (or what is considered normal wear and tear) as per the product manual / user guide.

Warranty does not cover any issues caused due to the impact of water quality.

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars ($AUD), inclusive of GST.

Pacific Filters accepts Credit Card and Debit Card as methods of payment.

VIEWING ORDERS & STATUS

An Order and Payment Confirmation will be sent to your email once your order has been received. An Order Dispatched Confirmation will be provided once your parcel has been shipped.
